New Thresholds was founded and is personally managed by Ellen Voigt and Katherine Rush.
Our founders bring a unique energy and optimism to their purpose of helping people live more comfortably and joyfully in their home. Katherine Rush and Ellen Voigt created New Thresholds to bring care and certainty to clients during one of the most significant life transitions they will face. New Thresholds designs beautiful new spaces around our clients’ favorite things, bringing optimism, empathy and project management expertise so that clients arrive to their new home happy and settled on Day 1.
Prior to creating New Thresholds, our founders spent a combined total of 45 years in project management, leadership and design roles with nationally renowned companies. They bring a high level of taste to each engagement and are known for their ability to create beautiful spaces in smaller square footage. New Thresholds has quickly become the leader in concierge-level move management, and founders Katherine and Ellen are often called on to share their expertise at community seminars, industry events and luxury communities.
Katherine and Ellen are each raising two children and are proud to call Houston, Texas home.
